In Memory and in Honor Gifts
Donations may be made to the Good Samaritan Foundation in memory of a loved one or in honor of a special person. Upon receipt we send a note card to the family or individual you wish us to acknowledge telling them of your gift and providing them with your name and address so that they may thank you themselves. We also send you a receipt upon accepting your gift. We do not disclose the amount of your gift to the acknowledgee. More than one person may receive acknowledgement of your gift. To make a donation in memory or in honor of someone, please fill out the Donation Form and mail or fax it to our offices with your check or money order.
All Donations should be made payable to Good Samaritan Foundation.
