Good Samaritan Foundation maintains records of all contributions. Authorized employees, officers and trustees of the Foundation may contact donors to obtain additional information from time to time. Donors may choose to restrict or opt out from use of their contact information by contacting the Foundation by telephone at 713-529-4646 or email Ellen Tuffly at etuffly@gsftx.org. Donor names and addresses shall not be shared, unless required by law nor will they be sold to other organizations, and such policy shall be disclosed to all donors. Unless requested not to do so by the donor, the Foundation may list the donor's name and donation category in publications of the Foundation, including its website that may be seen by individuals not associated with the Foundation. This information may also be contained in documents including, but not limited to annual reports, press releases, grant applications or newsletters. Donors may contact the Foundation to view copies of annual reports, IRS Form 990 or other financial documents prior to making a donation. Donors may also request examples of prior publications showing the manner in which donor contributions are acknowledged.
