Thank you for supporting The Good Samaritan Foundation! You can make a donation several ways; please review the following list. Remember all gifts to the foundation are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law, and we will forward you a receipt upon accepting your gift.
Donations may be to our Annual Fund or you may wish to give in Memory of a loved one or in Honor of someone you feel is special. We send a note card to the family or person you wish to receive acknowledgement of your gift stating who sent it and your address. We do not give the amount. Please print the Donation Form to give a gift in Memory or in Honor.
Make a Gift by Telephone:
Please call us at 713.529.4646 to make a gift by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Amkerican Express. We will need the name on the credit card and the card's expiration date. You may also fax your credit card gift to 713.521.1169 by printing the Donation Form.

Wire a Gift of Bonds, Mutual Funds, or other Securities
